If that's from a package, it has to be the packager - upstream sources
don't refer to lynx.isc.org (except in some ".po" language translations,
for which the translaters prefer that I not modify those :-)

(If I compile and do "make install-full", the makefile preserves local
settings, but packagers don't use that...)
