Even so: left-click on that icon, or right-click anywhere colored on the title-bar, or ALT-Space; and pick Properties, and Font.On Windows this can usually be set in the “system menu” (the icon in the upper-left corner of the titlebar, though I’ve not been using Windows versions released in the last 16 years, so YMMV).
