Lynx would have to implement the de facto document and browser object
models from Netscape, together with the subsequent, more formally
standardised ones.
It would need to construct a formal parse tree and render from that,
even when it changes, rather than using more ad hoc rendering
strategies, as the document is read. That is basically a complete
rewrite of the rendering logic, i.e. the core of Lynx.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
