I have an added line in  lynx.cfg  (Lynx 2.8.7-dev4):

  PRINTER:E-mail file using Mutt:mutt -i %s %s:TRUE

which I use daily to mail news stories to folx.
It appears as option (5) on the 'Print' page.
Drop in Exim or have a look at Mutt (smile).
