[Lynx-dev] Patch to fix error messages during fresh install

A minor patch:

During a fresh 'make install' on Mac OS X 10.4, the Makefile 
generates some "No such file or directory" error messages when it 
tries to move old copies of lynx and lynx.lss out of the way. The 
Makefile ignores the errors, but other tools (like XCode) will flag 
the error messages as a problems.

The patch just adds a check for an existing file before trying to 
move it, so no error message is produced during a fresh install.
