Yes: that link [10] sb removed from the help page: TD ?

I've changed the reference.  Another query for TD :
shouldn't there be a link in the help page to the  lynx_docs  dir ?
Is there a problem due to not knowing the local location ?

Yes, I realised later (smile).  People spell my name 'Phillip' ... (ugh)
