If you are talking about a command line interactive FTP that runs under
plain DOS, you probably want DOSFTP, available from the WATT-32 web
page. The latest version is part of the binary distribution of WATT-32.
There is a separate version (older, if I recall correctly) in the "misc"
directory. See "http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/"; and
"http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/misc/";.
