The page lies about its character set, so the only way to view it is to
download it with a non-character set converting tool, like wget, and
repair it.  It probably works in Windows based GUI tools because they 
tend to fail to passing through the characters to the native user 
interface, which on North European and US versions, has the right
character set.

This is fairly typical ignorance, by Windows users, of character set
issues.

This is what you get if you repair the meta content-type element and
use ASCII approximation (for maximum email compatibility).
