[Lynx-dev] The bookmark file setting is not having effect.

Setting bookmark_file in .lynxrc does not have effect.
Lynx continues to try opening ~/lynx_bookmarks.html when
bookmark_file=/fd/lynx_bookmarks.html or
bookmark_file=/home/jefbed/doc/lynx_bookmarks.html
(the same file, as the doc dir is stored on floppy) is set.
