[Lynx-dev] how in the world do i even start lynx?

i download lynx 2.8.5 and in the zip there is a folder with nothing but wierd 
files a whole bunch of stuff.. where's the extecutible? wheres lynx how do i 
find it.. why did i just get the source? im on win xp.
