[Lynx-dev] Lynx and SSL

From: Patrick Ash

I recently compiled Lynx with OpenSSL 0.9.8a, and got the below
results from the SSL check at:

  https://www.fortify.net/cgi-bin/ssl

It's nice to see that open source is ahead of the commercials. Both
IE and Netscape only connect using a 128 bit key.

You have connected to this web server using the
DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA
encryption cipher with a key length of 256 bits.

This is a high-grade encryption connection, regarded by most
experts
as being suitable for sending or receiving even the most
sensitive or
                   valuable information across a network.
