[Lynx-dev] isc.org whines about javascript

While going to get bind9 with lynx today, I was confronted with:

"Your browser doesn't support javascript/frames so blah"

type page at http://www.isc.org/ (!).

Which, while partially true, doesn't seem at all appropriate in context.
