Yep. Although I am of the opinion that UA sniffing is okay if used 
for the sole purpose of selecting an appropriate style sheet, and not 
for blocking access from standard browsers.

As for a robots.txt file, I can understand banning site-sucker 
software, but of course Lynx is not designed for such use and should 
not be blindly banned.

Speaking of which, is there a site-sucker UA list out there somewhere?
