[Lynx-dev] ASCII browsers and JavaScript

There have been several postings on this list asking about JavaScript
support in lynx, to which the answer has been no.

This note is to report that the elinks (extended links) ASCII browser 
now has a start at handling JavaScript: see

        http://elinks.or.cz/download.html

for the latest versions.
