A couple of small `configure` issues:
1. "checking for working mmap..." -- I think this is no longer needed
now that intl/ is gone. Nothing in the Lynx distribution archive uses
mmap().
2. "checking if you want to underline links..." -- this controls
something that should never have been a compile-time option, it should
be a runtime decision controlled by the usual confusing mix of
command-line flag, lynx.cfg, .lynxrc, and Options page settings. (This
isn't new, just something I've observed before and hadn't gotten around
to commenting on.) (The "--enable-underlines" option family should be
retained in order to control the built-in default of the new runtime
setting.)
