Yes, but lynx2-8-3 and lynx2-8-4 are here for "historical"
reasons. lynx_help_main.html is a file from the package, so any
changes will go in lynx2-8-5 -
http://lynx.isc.org/current/lynx2-8-5/lynx_help/Lynx_users_guide.html

But this one is also broken.

http://lynx.isc.org/fom/cache/1.html is still there.

And for http://lynx.isc.org/current/ and
http://lynx.isc.org/release/:

Bzip 2 home page http://sourceware.cygnus.com/bzip2/

It changed long ago to http://sources.redhat.com/bzip2/

http://www.shonai-cit.ac.jp/eci/senshu/ is broken.
