Hi,

Does anybody know if there is a patch which makes lynx set the charset 
from the current locale settings, e.g. read nl_langinfo(CODESET) and 
use that for "Display charset". It's a bit annoying, to manually 
change the Display charset each time you swich locales.
Wouldn't it anyway be a good idea to make this the default?
