I don't know offhand which one I'm using - will look later.  (First I'll
try building lynx with the options you use).

I see - that looks like a side-effect of a bug-fix.  Looking at dev.8, I see
that had the same colors, so it was probably broken in the dev.11 - dev.13
changes, and repaired.
