If you are asking about the Win32 version of Lynx, I don't have an SSL
build I distribute. There is one that is distributed with the cygwin
distribution (see http://www.cygwin.com/) I believe. That requires some
additional downloads to operate.
If you are asking about a different Lynx port, it would be best to get
the source code and install from there (see http://lynx.isc.org). We are
working on Lynx 2.8.5 currently.
