we had this case before, thomas.  fastmail.fm is english, you can see
for yourself.  the code is very ragged, i'm afraid.  their webmaster
is kooperative, but i think he's alone fighting with all sorts of
weird browsers, presenting a pile of services, including skins,
notpads, hotmail-polling etc.
