so be it! many documents aren't static anymore, though, that's where i see
the biggest problem. i would love bookmarks and often wished i had them,
but basically this could only work if those bookmarks pointed into the
cash-buffer.
i can see bookmarks only as regular-expressions like ctags makes them.
