Bug report for Lynx 2.8.4rel1 of 17 July 2001:
When I hit "g" and tell lynx to go to "news.yahoo.com" (Yahoo's new
webnews site) it automatically tries an NNTP connection - I have to
manually enter "http://";.
While the wisdom of Yahoo choosing that server name is debatable, and
assuming that a server named "news" is for Usenet seems reasonable, I
think this is still bugreport-worthy.
