OK. I put the binary, which I compiled with PDCurses2.5 with my
patch, on this URL.

You can download and test it to see whether my patch was correct or
not. I think it's not useful for your daily use because it doesn't
support SSL and doesn't solve the key layout problem. I put it just
for a test.
