This was a "it does not work." question, without even the email
headers to give us some clue as to the platform. I can see no
point in forwarding it to the list. I think it should simply have
been bounced with a request to sub-scribe to the list and then submit
a properly documented enquiry.
We seem to have had a lot of questions forwarded (rather than moderated)
onto the list, without comment, which suggests there is a documentation
problem causing enquiries to go to a completely inappropriate person.
Overall, the question sort of implies a documentation problem, but
that documentation problem might simply reflect the fact that supporting
non-technical users is too expensive for non-commercial developers.
