lynx-dev Another FTP site "incompatible" with Lynx's FTP_PASSIVE:TRUE

Hi. Another FTP site that doesn't work with Lynx's
FTP_PASSIVE:TRUE

ftp://ftp.astron.com/

"Alert!: Unable to access document."

Strange because it used to work. Tested with 2.8.5dev.4 (yes,
I need to upgrade). Works with LFTP.

The other was ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/ , that stops at
"Receiving FTP directory.". It always worked with
FTP_PASSIVE:FALSE and LFTP with set ftp:passive-mode on or off

Now even with LFTP I receive

cd ~/' [Waiting for response...]

Go figure !

I'll report ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/ to the LFTP author.
