In the option menu, there are some options that can be saved to .lynxrc
and some others that cannot.
Reading the lynx.cfg file I can see that this is decided at compile, since
changing the values in the lynx.cfg does not seem to produice effect.
In which source file is this done?
Also, could it be possible to have things like proxies configurable from
this option menu?
