I thin cookie_loose_invalid_domains setting in lynx.cfg may help.
Something like
COOKIE_LOOSE_INVALID_DOMAINS:.passport.com,.msn.com,.hotmail.msn.com
You can see invalid domains when they are queried in interactive
session.
