I am not sure what you mean by a "precompiled" SSL patch. As far as I
know, the SSL patch for the source code works for Win32. I have used
it successfully for the Cygwin port. If you mean something to convert
a precompiled lynx executable to allow SSL, you won't find it. If you
want a SSL enabled lynx for Win32 you need to compile openssl to get
the ssl libraries, then compile lynx. The SSL patch is now included
in the main lynx source. This works with the configure script. If
building without configure, you will have to make the makefile changes
by hand. This would probably include adding the "-DUSE_SSL" flag and
linking with "-lssl -lcrypto".
