That is the name of the "send zmodem" program (see lynx.cfg).

>From lynx, you would have to configure the DOWNLOADER in lynx.cfg
to download by kermit or zmodem. You don't need a server or daemon,
but you do need the compiled binary for kermit or zmodem to call
from lynx. I have tried downloads to TeraTermPro. If I recall, the
implementations of zmodem and kermit both left something to be
desired. I think you would be better off with ftp.
