Although Javascript could be turned off on Netscape 4.02, the
fact that you identify as that browser gives the site every right
to assume that you can handle Javascript, and no reason to
believe that there is a market for supporting Lynx.

If you have some disability that makes the use of anything but a shell
account impossible, you should be prosecuting the site under the
Americans with Disabilities Act.  Otherwise you should learn Javascript
or use a commercial browser for commercial sites.

I don't see it as the job of this list to provide support for sites which
can't provide their own support for minority browsers.
