No, seems it doesn't. It's a feature allowing you to execute external
program defined by 'EXTERNAL' setting, by pressing enter or arrow-right on a
link instead of a '.'.
As I understand, this functionality can't be achieved using CERN stuff and
something else. If I'm incorrect, please anyone correct me.
