Here is another problem about Latin-1 in the UTF-8 environment: the
title line.  Look at
<http://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/~gnu-pascal/gpl-ger.html>.

When I open it, I read in the title line:

I press space and see in the title line for the page 2:
