Yes, that does trip people up. I looked at the NetBSD package Makefile,
and the source of this patch is the "KAME" project. A potentially newer
IPv6 Lynx patch is in:
ftp://ftp.kame.net/pub/kame/misc/lynx-282-v6-20000201.diff.gz
It also tinkers with the configure file, but we can fix that.
