please try to be accurate: you have version 2-7-2 .
also, please break your lines into sensible lengths.

the best thing is to start at  http://lynx.browser.org/ ,
where you will find links to the latest release & development versions
 2-8-2  &  2-8-3dev.18  & to sites which provide pre-compiled binaries.
explore there thoro'ly & ask again here if you have further problems.
