I couldn't find the contributor's name right off hand, but if memory
serves correctly it was from Jan Hlavacek.

I highly recommend a customization for your site using Kim's recent
step-by-step instructions. Jan Hlavacek also has posted a script for
calling mutt using the EXTERNAL mechanism, but likely as early as 1998.
