I spent some time last week mulling over Vlad's htmlizing scripts, without
a lot of progress before going back to complete patches for xterm, ncurses
and vile. I'll be continuing on Lynx in the morning. (There are not a lot
of incoming patches for dev.9, and it is about time that we considered
working to a new pre-release cycle, so I'm trying to cleanup loose ends).
