A pointer to the US English dictionary is more than enough as you propose
for the other dictionaries.  Please do not add another peripheral document
that can be obtained from the WWW to the Lynx distribution package.  There
is no way someone can "not compile in" the countless documents that are are
being unloaded into the distribution.
