I'm sorry Sir, it was my fault. All I wanted is to block clients (crawlers,
download managers) that are able to saturate my complete bandwidth.
You know some users run them in background 24 hours a day.
The example I wrote in parenthesis (see above) is not a good example, since
Lynx is a standard browser. I personally have installed Lynx on my
Linux long time ago, and I sometimes use it.
So I'm not against the use of Lynx.
