I've put a copy of
        lynx2.8.2rel.1-fix.patch.gz
into
        http://www.clark.net/pub/dickey/lynx/patches    
which contains LP's and KW's fixes against the 2.8.2rel.1

Henry also reported a problem (with the make-install) which I haven't done
anything with yet; otherwise that's the changes that have been submitted for
the 2.8.2 release.

Otherwise - I'm about 70% through the dev.2 patch (have to integrate DK's
changes, and some additional work that I have to originate myself).
