In 2.8.2 (partly in 2.8.1):
USAGE: lynx [options] [file]
Options are:
...
-partial toggles display partial pages while downloading (on)
-partial_thres [=NUMBER]
number of lines to render before repainting display
with partial-display logic (-1)
The current version of lynx is 2.8.2 (2.8.3 in development)
