lynx-dev patch to pre10 to fix links to htmlized description of lynx.cfg

 This patch will substitue references to cattoc.html and alphatoc.html with
references to lynxcfg_toc.html. Since those 2 files are considered obsolete by
me.
 I have several notes questions:
   lynx documentation contains a lot of references that contain literal '~'
   (it should be subsituted by %7E).
 In LYMain.c there are two calls to cleanup_files(), before and after
exit_immediately(status) - is it oversight or was made intentionally?
