Can you give a citation?
Others previously explained to me, that besides the export laws, there
are also patent concerns. So unfortunately, the answer appears to be no.
I hope that if it's true that the export laws have been changed enough so
SSL-enabled programs can be shipped from the US, that Lynx could be
made more "SSL-ready".. maybe looking for a shared library or something...
or a built in SPI that it uses.
