libjs support? [lynx-dev]

I just downloaded dev25 and decided it was time to re-check which
--enable flags I was using.  --enable-libjs looked interesting.  But as
far as I can tell, it has *no* effect on the source build at all!
Perhaps it adds a library to the link line; but can that have any effect
if no calls are made to it?

What is the status of this support?  Looks like it's germinal -- doesn't
actually *do* anything yet?
