Why do we have two files named HTFWriter.c?
./src/HTFWriter.c
./WWW/Library/Implementation/HTFWriter.c
./WWW/Library/Implementation/HTFWriter.h
The Mozilla folks have decreed thusly:
"Every source file must have a unique name."

They go on to explain that most Mac compilers can't deal with this kind
of situation. Sad, really.
Anyway, perhaps one of them ought to be renamed, if only to avoid
patch confusion.
