lynx-dev patch: remove porn URL from Lynx help

990321 Liam Quinn alerted us:

the patch below deletes the now-offensive URL & corrects another.
TD (presumably): can you apply it to 2-8-1rel.2 as well?
Lynx Help shouldn't be sending anyone to that site,
whatever users' personal choices may be.
BTW i got no response from [17] HTTP 1.0 .
