Folks:

Where is the use of the lynx.cfg file documented?  I found only a short
blurb in Lynx_users_guide.html (and only by grepping the file, not via
either lynx or netscape).

In particular, where is it documented that XLOADIMAGE_COMMAND is ignored
at run-time?

   (Other than doing "strings - `which lynx` | grep XLOADIMAGE_COMMAND"
   and getting nothing, that is.)
