lynx-dev more on my dt_term_ problem

I did a make distclean in lynx 2.8.2 dev 14.  I then did a configure like
this:
$ /home/lwv26/i/src/Unix/lynx/t/lynx2-8-2/configure  --prefix=/projects/intranet
 --libdir=/projects/intranet/lib/lynx --includedir=/projects/gnu/sparc-sun-solar
is2.6/include --with-screen=ncurses --with-included-gettext --with-catgets --wit
h-zlib --enable-default-colors --enable-extended-dtd --enable-externs --enable-f
orms-options --enable-nls --enable-nsl-fork --enable-partial --enable-persistent
-cookies --enable-debug


I built against ncurses 4.2 patched thru this past weekend.

The lynx I get still does the same thing (displaying a different color
'background' for text displayed than is on the rest of the screen.

I finally figured out the problem - the lynx.cfg file being installed
had the color settings uncommented out.  When I commented them back
things were fine.
