i can't check that URL, as i don't use SSL: hopefully, someone else can.
you should get the latest 2-8-1 from www.slcc.edu/lynx/release/ ,
as earlier versions are not usually supported by Lynx volunteers.
just in case you don't realise it, Cybergold is a secure site,
which requires that you have encryption in your browser, ie SSL for Lynx:
if you didn't realise that, we can offer advice how to start.
