The attached patch cleans up the addition of an alternate edit key
mapping from somewhere around -dev.3 or -dev.4.
There were some inconsistencies between the .html help files, and
the code itself for the DELEL function in the Default Binding, which
was changed to Ctrl-_ in a later patch, that seems to have fallen
thru the cracks.
For the Alternate Bindings, by request, I've added a delete-to-BOL
function (DELBL), which is bound to Ctrl-X (sorry, Ctrl-U is used
in other progs to kill the entire line). I've also added a small
.html help file that lists those alternate bindings, and made a few
cleanup changes to a couple other help files.
