Yikes!  I was looking at those ' marks and my brain shut down about
spelling.

I am SO embarrassed - again.

Thanks for the catch.

And yes, I did change a couple legit contractions.  I was trying to leave
things in the two files that people generally change so that the only
' usage was possessive.  In my mind, when we have cross lingual submitting
updates to the file, reducing special cases makes life easier.
